PRAISE THE LORD !!!!!

Noah got out of the hospital Saturday about the middle of the afternoon, he had a pretty rough night Saturday night until about 2:00 AM. After he finally got to sleep he slept until around 9:00 AM. . The other three kids spent the night with us, Pearl had been running a fever but was fine be the time she got here, Eddie Van was sick a couple times, but by Sunday morning he was fine too. Since part of them had been sick and with Noah so sick we didn't take the kids to church Sunday, we did have a Sunday school lesson here, we went outside to the picnic table, I enjoyed teaching them the little lesson and they seemed to enjoy it too.
Cheryl went back to work today, Jason said she was really tired tonight, she said she felt like she had ran into a brick wall. It is going to take some time for her to feel 100% again.

They took him in the emergency room last night after a three hour wait and some time with the doctor they admitted him this morning around 5:oo. He was dehydrated so they put in some IV's, he finally made water late this afternoon. Please keep him in your Prayers.

CHERYL STILL NEEDS PRAY

I talked to Cheryl a while ago. She is so disappointed, she has not pass even a fragament of her kidney stone. She called the doctor's office two times only to be able to talk to a nurse, she was still waiting for the doctor to call her back. Help me Pray that she will pass it soon. She is thinking about going back to work tomorrow, she said if she isn't able to pass the stone soon they will probably have to do something else so she can pass it.

MORE PICTURES FROM EASTER

We really did have a great weekend.

Cheryl is doing okay, she had the lipotripsy today, the kidney stone is still intact, but they are hoping it will dissolve so she can pass it, she will be out of work the rest of this week and most of next week. Please keep her in Pray that she can pass this stone and get back on her feet. Jason and the girls have had a bug of some kind, but they are doing better now.

GREAT WEEKEND

Eddie Van

Pearl

Lori

Noah

We took these pictures yesterday afternoon.
Eddie & I went to Sammy's Saturday and spent the night, then Sunday we went to church with them. We had a great time. The church is doing good and each Sunday more people are coming. Of course yesterday was the largest crowd so far, but you know more people come on Easter and Christmas. Sammy is working hard and visiting those people that haven't been coming for a while and that seems to be paying off. I kind of messed up the cook stove Saturday night, I was going to cook some green beans for Sunday dinner, next thing we knew, fire was flying, the burner shorted out or something, now nothing about the stove works. They said they would call the lady that the church rents the house from and she should fix it, it is a pretty old stove anyway. But all was not lost, they have an electric pot that I cooked the beans in and Sammy fixed a roast in the slow cooker and they also have an electric skillet that we fixed the corn in, they also had parkerhouse rolls that didn't have to be baked, everything was really good.

2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us,and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor.

HAVE A BLESSED EASTER

I talked to Cheryl a while ago, she is still in a lot of pain. She has had the hardest time with her medicine, she has had a reaction in some of the medicine that they gave her. I think they just about have that straight now, she is scheduled for the lipitripsy Tuesday and then she will still have the stint for a while after that. She was going to go to choir practice tonight, her Mom had picked her and the girls up and they were going out to eat and then go to practice, well Caitlyn get sick. So they had to go back home. Jason has had a headache most of the day so he had stayed home anyway. I Pray that they will all be much better tomorrow.

We are going to Sammy's tomorrow , we are going to spend the night and go to church with them Sunday. We are really looking forward to the visit. We haven't been to their house but once since they moved. They are only a couple hours away, but it just seems like we haven't been able to go, they have been here, so it is not like we haven't seen them.

MARK 16; 6
And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.

THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS

Cheryl got out of the hospital today, she is doing better. She will have to have lipotripsy soon, maybe next week, I don't think they know the date yet. Jason's appointment went OK too. They really didn't tell him any thing today. They are still talking surgery. The girls were happy that Mommy was home and after we ate they and Jason were on their way to pick her up from her parents house. The girls were not sick anymore after last night. Eddie said they really didn't eat much today though. Thank You for your Prayers. GOD IS SO GOOD !!!!
My team won the national championship last night "GO TARHEELS" I stayed up to watch all of the game, it was around midnight when it went off. I am planning on going to bed a lot earlier tonight.
Eddie and I went out before dark to cover up the strawberry plants and a few more plants, it is suppose to frost tonight. We have had some really warm, almost hot days, but it is really going to be cold tonight. With the warm weather we have had the strawberries have a lot of blossoms on them and we sure didn't want to let it frost on them.

PRAYERS PLEASE

Please keep Cheryl (our daughter-in-law) in your Prayers, she has a kidney stone and is in the hospital, if all goes well she may go home tomorrow. Jason (our oldest son) is scheduled for a MRI tomorrow on his wrist, he has been having trouble with it a while now and they are thinking about doing surgery on it. By the way Cheryl is Jason's wife. The girls a spending the night and they have both been a sick on their stomachs and had to throw up, I think part of that is because they are worried about their Mom.

MORE APRONS

I finished these two aprons yesterday. I am going to have to make Eddie one, he reminds me every time I make one that I still haven't made one for him. So I guess that needs to be my next one.
Caitlyn went to drama competition yesterday, she called last night to say she won 'First Place'. She really enjoys doing the competition. We are really proud of her.

TEA TOWELS

I didn't have to work today so I went to town and got a few things we needed. One of those things was more thread, I thought I had most of what I needed, but I was wrong. I went design by design and wrote down each color thread I needed for that design. The new card has 28 designs on it, they are fruits and vegetables. I found out real quick that I needed several more colors. I got part for what I will be needing today, the rest will have to wait for another day (another pay day :D ). I had fun playing with the new designs today. I need to get in my little sewing area and get it organized, but I have more fun just playing, however it does take a while to do some of these designs and all though I have to keep a close eye on the machine I can do a little minor organizing I guess. The first picture is of the card and the two towels, one with a tomato and the other with strawberries. The next pic is the one with the strawberries hanging in our kitchen.
