Hi Ya'll

This is another one of my CHRISTmas gifts....and ok I just couldn't resist saying Hi Ya'll...this is a Paula Deen pie pan......I just Love It !!!!!!!!... I had a mix for a chocolate cheese cake...so here it is.................

................... I didn't let it set long enough....but it is good anyway......

I also got the loaf pan to match...I am going to enjoy these for a long time......

HAPPY NEW YEAR

This is one of my CHRISTmas gifts.....an MP3 player.........I enjoyed it today at work....I had downloaded about 70 songs.....then tonight I downloaded more ..I think I have a little over 100 songs on it now........ You see this little cord...that is what you plug into the computer to charge it with and also to download the songs...& pictures ....will I lost it Saturday...I spent about 2 hours looking for it..I finally found it ...about six inches from where I had laid it...it had fallen onto the chair...the chair was black just like the cord.....

Anyway I didn't want to spend more time looking for this little thing...so..I made this pouch ..with a pocket just for this little cord.......

I made the pouch so I can wear it around my neck......looks like a necklace..........

And when not in use I can roll the earphones up and out of the way.............

Today was our first day back to work sense CHRISTmas...it went pretty good.........but the first day back always seems like a long day....we had to get a repairman to come this afternoon to fix our heating system.......Thank God he came and fixed it........it messed up yesterday afternoon so we went the night without heat....but it wasn't too cold......but tonight is going to be different...so we are Thankful that he could come so quick.......

Pretty Sunset

I went to take Jack out around 5:00 this afternoon and this is what I saw.....this beautiful sunset.....God is So Good............................................................................

The snow is still hanging around....it is melting slowly....seems like very slowly..........I cut a couple oranges in half and put them in the yard for the birds.....I haven't seen them go to them yet......Jack takes a lick off them every time he goes out......

I Packed Away the CHRISTmas Decorations

I packed away the CHRISTmas decorations today,now I am tired,I really didn't put too much up...but it seems like it took a long time taking it down and putting it away,maybe that has something to do with age ;(......but I wont say too much about that.......
I am off all this week.....I really enjoy staying home....... Saturday I cooked a large meal...ham, dressing, collards, egg gravy,we also had cranberry sauce and rolls.......we ate that Saturday, Sunday and Monday...then I froze what was left.....tonight we had hamburgers and frys...it was nice having something different......don't get me worry the ham and all the trimmings were really good and it was good not having to cook every meal.......
The snow is still hanging around....it has melted some today.....but they say it is going to be 67 degrees here Friday......so it should be all gone by then.....
