I Packed Away the CHRISTmas Decorations

I packed away the CHRISTmas decorations today, now I am tired,I really didn't put too much up...but it seems like it took a long time taking it down and putting it away, maybe that has something to do with age ;(......but I wont say too much about that.......
I am off all this week.....I really enjoy staying home....... Saturday I cooked a large meal...ham, dressing, collards, egg gravy,we also had cranberry sauce and rolls.......we ate that Saturday, Sunday and Monday...then I froze what was left.....tonight we had hamburgers and frys...it was nice having something different......don't get me worry the ham and all the trimmings were really good and it was good not having to cook every meal.......
The snow is still hanging around....it has melted some today.....but they say it is going to be 67 degrees here Friday......so it should be all gone by then.....
MATTHEW 18 ;3 And said, Verily I say onto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Oh I would have luved to take the week off, but am having to watch my time because I am using it when taking off for horse showing.

That food sounds good. But, you are right a burger and frys is just what the Dr. ordered sometimes.

We don't have a choice of our days off, but I won't complain, because we get lots of them, when school is closed. We only get paid for the days we work. None of our vacation days are paid, but our pay is divided into the 12 months unless we don't want it to be. We do get sick days paid for, though.

I love to cook large amounts and eat off of them a few days, too. It's snowing here, and I realized we were low on bread. I bought some yeast awhile back, thinking I'd get some bread made. It's been years since I've made any, but I have a sponge going, and am about to knead it.

We didn't get many decorations out, either.
