I had a doctor's appointment yesterday...it was my yearly checkup...it went okay....but he told me I need to loose weight....if not... I could be taxed by our insurance company...please keep me in your Prayers...I know I would feel better if I lost some weight...now I guess I have another reason for loosing it...maybe that will help me and keep me motivated so I can loose it. I also have to go get another bone density test....I have osteoporosis so they want to check to see how well my meds are working.

Thanks, Ramona....I think this tax is something new..or maybe coming soon....I am trying to cut down on my eating....the snacks are what gets me....so I am cut them OUT...
we are enjoying the puppies....

I like your new blog look, by the way. I hope you are able to get fit and lose some weight.
I bought some Biggest Loser "albums" on itunes, and will pick one to listen to and dance while I clean my kitchen, fold towels, etc. This morning, I scrubbed my kitchen floor with a rag for each foot wet with vinegar water. I slid my feet around to clean it, then got a couple dry rags, and slid/side stepped around to dry it.
